The HO Language Education Council, Odisha, Thakurmunda is an autonomous
body/institution constituted under the provisions of article 30, 350 (a) of Indian constitution
and registered under XXI of Societies Registration Act 1860. It regulates, controls and develops
primary, secondary & higher secondary education in Ho language through warangchity script in
the state of odisha. It provides varied courses in order to prepare them for university education
and to equip them for various cultural purposes. It examines those who have completed a
prescribed course of study and awards certificates to the successful candidates . Besides, it
does all other things which are identical to the above.
